Including crunchy, flavoursome sesame seeds to the coating, supplying you with an Asian-impressed schnitzel that goes splendidly with aromatic garlic-ginger rice and a straightforward veggie stir-fry. Divide the garlic-ginger rice between plates and high with the veggies and sesame-crusted hen. Drizzle with the mayo dressing.
